  • 320 g potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 350 g courgettes
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml sour cream (30 % fat)

Directions

Grate the courgettes roughly and leave to stand a little, then crush. Grate the raw potatoes and the onion finely, then add the crushed courgettes. Afterwards mix together with the flour, the crushed garlic and the egg. Add a little water if necessary. Fry in a frying pan and serve with garlic and sour cream.
