  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 250 g fresh Paris mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 jar thick crème fraîche (30 % fat)
  • parsley

  • 240 g rice

Mince the onion and sauté with a little oil in a large pot. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and add them to the caramelised onion. Add pepper. Add the mushrooms, peeled and cut into strips. Add mustard and white wine to the mixture. When the alcohol goes flat, add crème fraîche, parsley and lower the cooking flame. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Serve with white rice.
