  • 600 ml fruit tea
  • 325 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 50 g whipped cream (40 % fat)

Directions

Cook the tea, add sugar and leave to cool. Then add the defrosted or fresh strawberries to the tea and puree the mix until creamy in texture. Add the cream and mix everything again.
